Small plane crashes into garden apartment in HerndonHERNDON, Va. Hitchhiker Kai, arrested in murder, was recognized by neck tattooCaleb McGillvary, who is better known as "Kai the Hatchet Wielding Hitchhiker," has been charged with the murder of 73-year-old Joseph Galfy in Clark, NJ. Russell George, the Treasury Department's Inspector General, disclosed during Congressional testimony on Friday that Obama administration officials in the Treasury Department knew about inappropriate targeting of conservative groups during the 2012 election.
